MRL Changes in the Global Marketplace

Regulatory uncertainty surrounding changing international Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for crop protection materials is a significant challenge for U.S. agriculture. This is especially true for wine, since wineries that export may not know where the final wine will be sold and its long shelf-life is often not considered in the regulatory environment. The webinar also provides tools and tactics for tracking and responding to MRL changes.

Moderator: Lisa Francioni, Deputy Director, California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance

Panelists: Caroline Stringer, Trade Director, California Fresh Fruit Association Jamie Ferman, Senior Director, International Public Policy, Wine Institute Alinne Oliveira, Director, Global Access, Bryant Christie Inc.
