The Climate Action Plan Worksheet is intended to accompany the California Vineyard & Winery Climate Action Toolkit. It will help you create a strategy for climate mitigation and adaptation, identify where to focus time and resources and a plan for implementation. The worksheet includes a checklist that you can use to track your progress through the toolkit and provides guidance on what information to add to the worksheet. (The Word document is a simple version, there is an Excel version that is more comprehensive).
